Dijana Ahmetovic - Doctor's Assitant
Dijana our shining star and computer techi, has been working with Dr. Kazem for over six years. She is the person who will usually welcome you to our practice with her smile and help you with your insurance questions. She also performs the preliminary testing before you see the doctor. Dijana studies Computer Drafting and Design at nights and enjoys shopping for Manolo Blahnik shoes during the day. Dijana is originally from Bosnia and has been living here since 1997.

Terry Hoskins is our experienced manager. He is a licensed dispensing optician who has more than twenty years of experience in the optical field. He is a talented and sensitive individual, whose genuine caring touches every patient he works with. Terry was born in New Orleans and has been living in the Atlanta area for the last 12 years. He loves to cook Cajun food and read about 13th and 14th century world history in his spare time.
Kattia Atkinson is a native of New York and has been an optician for over 14 years. She is an American Board of optometry certified optician and contact lens technician. She also has an uncanny ability to help you choose the best eyewear that fits your looks and needs. Kattia has been living in Georgia since July of 2007 with his husband, Robert, and son, Mateo.
Vernne is a native of the Dominican Republic, she lived in New Jersey before moving to Georgia in 2005. She has a diploma in medical assisting and performs preliminary testing and translating for our Spanish speaking patients. She is also a sales associate with the vision center and is always more than happy to assist you in choosing the perfect frames and lenses for all your needs.
Jack is a man of many talents. He has been in law enforcement and trades stock on the internet at night. He is a jack of all trades and a master optician. He loves to fish with his son and travel with his wife to South America to visit family.
Yvonne was born in Stronsay, Scotland. She initially was trained as a nurse but later went into teaching. In 2007, Yvonne, and her husband, Neil, sold their business to realize their dream of living in the United States and moved to Lawrenceville with their two sons. In addition to being an excellent technician, Yvonne loves reading and writing and has published a few short stories and is halfway through writing her first novel.
